| 摘 要： | 靶控输注是通过调节目标(血浆或效应室)的药物浓度来控制或维持麻醉深度的一种给药方式,具有麻醉维持平稳、血流动力学反应小、术后清醒快、不良反应少等特点,已在临床广泛使用。在介绍靶控输注的分类、优越性、麻醉的实施、常用药物及输注系统的基础上,对开放回路式靶控输注的优缺点进行了深入探讨,对闭合回路式靶控输注的目前现状和研制方向进行了总结。

| Abstract: | Target controlled infusion （TCI） controls and maintains the depth of anesthesia through adjusting the concentration of plasma or effect compartment, it has been applied in clinic widely, for it can provide a stable maintenance of anesthesia, less hemodynamic changes, a rapid recovery time and few side-effects. The TCI＇s classification, advantages, procedure of anesthesia, popularly used medicines, infusion system are summarized in this paper. Especially, the advantages and disadvantages of open-loop TCI are discussed intensively, and the recent status and research direction of closed-loop TCI are summarized. |
