| 摘 要： | 目的:分析MRI对骶骨肿瘤的诊断价值。方法:回顾分析26例骶骨肿瘤的影像学表现,经手术、活检病理或随访证实,其中脊索瘤11例,软骨肉瘤1例,骨巨细胞瘤3例,转移瘤8例,神经源性3例。所有病理经X线及MRI检查,部分行多排螺旋CT(MDCT)检查。结果:各种骶骨肿瘤包括不同的肿瘤范围和不同的肿瘤中心,不同的破坏程度,不同的MRI信号强度及软组织肿块,不同的钙化灶及不同程度的骨髓浸润。结论:MRI对骶骨肿瘤的诊断有重要的价值,尤其是对病变的范围的确定,对临床选择治疗方式具有重要的价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the value of MRI in the diagnosis of sacral tumor. Methods MRI appearance of 26 cases of sacral tumor were retrospectively analyzed, of which, there were 11 cases of chordoma, 1 case of chondrosareoma, 3 cases of giant cell tumor, 8 eases of metastasis, 3 cases of neurogenic tumor. All cases were studied with X-ray plain films and MRI, and some of them with MDCT. Results All cases included different lesion extents and locations, MRI signal intensities, sacrum destruction, soft tissue mass, calcification and bone marrow infiltration. Conclusion MRI is important and effective in imaging diagnosis and is of clinical significance to the diagnosis and treatment of sacral tumor. |
