| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨如何做好医疗设备招标采购规范化管理。方法:分析和总结某院医疗设备的采购方式、流程及设备招标后的规范化管理。结果:提高了设备采购的科学化管理手段,防止盲目购置设备造成设备的闲置和浪费。结论:规范化管理对确保设备采购的高质量,提高医疗设备的完好率和使用率,促进医院经济效益和社会效益的提高具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss how to do the standardized management of medical equipment bidding and purchasing well.Methods The procurement mode and process of medical equipment and the standardized management of equipment after bidding were analyzed and summarized.Results The scientific management of equipment bidding was improved,and the idleness and waste of the equipments caused by a blind purchase were prevented.Conclusion The standardized management ensures the high quality of equipment procurement,improves the availability and utilization ratio of medical equipment,and promotes the economic and social benefits of the hospital |
