体外碎石机放电噪声的测试和分析

摘    要:目的:测量液电型碎石机总的放电噪声以及开关噪声和电极噪声的大小。方法:选用最常用的碎石机高压电容、开放式火花隙开关和放电电极,借助隔音箱,在不同电压时,用声级计测出操作医生耳朵部位的总放电噪声、开关噪声和电极噪声。结果:在最低放电电压5 kV时,碎石机总放电噪声、开关产生的噪声和电极产生的噪声分别是108.5、107.7、82 dB;在最高放电电压11 kV时,碎石机总放电噪声、开关产生的噪声和电极产生的噪声分别是118、116.7、93.2 dB,高于国家相关标准规定的90 dB。结论:医生和患者应当采取听力保护措施。

Abstract:Objective To measure and analyze the spark gap noise,electrode noise and their comprehensive noise in the electrohydraulic extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy(ESWL).Methods Using the usual high voltage pulse capacitor,open-type spark gap switch and electrodes,the noises levels at doctor's ear position in different treating voltages were measured by use of sound level meter and sound shielding box.The readings were taken and then averaged.Results The comprehensive noise,spark gap noise and electrode noise at the minimum treating voltage 5 kV were 108.5 dB,107.7 dB and 82 dB, respectively;the above noises at the maximum treating voltage 11 kV were 118 dB,116.7 dB and 93.2 dB,respectively.All comprehensive noise readings were over 90 dB,which was the occupational safety and health administration(AOSHA) standard.Conclusion Hearing protection to the doctors and patients is considered necessary.
