结核病预防监测系统的开发与实现

目的:建立院内结核病防治管理基础信息库及专家数据库。方法:使用Powerbuilder编程语言和ACCESS+O-racle10g+Sql2000后台数据库对医院信息系统和检验信息系统数据库进行数据挖掘及二次开发,并将DOTS管理标准及常规统计学方法纳入软件中。结果:系统可实现规范临床结核病防治流程、自动生成各种报表、发现超标信息自动报警等多种功能,为报病人员提供了便捷、高效的管理平台。结论:该系统的实施为医院HIS、LIS系统的数据挖掘和二次开发提供了新的途径和思路。

Monitoring System Development and Implementation for Tuberculosis Prevention

Objective To build basic information database and experts database for management of tuberculosis（TB） prevention in hospital.Methods Powerbuilder programming language and Access＋Oracle10g＋Sq12000 background database were used to carry out data mining and secondary development based on HIS and LIS, and the DOTS management standards and general statistical methods were put into the software. Results This system could standardize the process of TB＇s prevention, auto-generate reports, and auto-alarm when identifying excessive information, which provided convenient and efficient management platform. Conclusion The implementation of this system provides new path and ideas for data mining and secondary development of HIS and LIS.
