彩超对小肝癌和肝硬化小结节的鉴别诊断

目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声对小肝癌和肝硬化小结节的鉴别诊断价值。方法:针对某院2004年5月至2009年4月收治的小肝癌和肝硬化小结节的患者68例,对小肝癌和肝硬化小结节的彩色多普勒超声学特点进行分析,评估不同病灶的病例诊断结果间关系,为彩超鉴别诊断提供帮助。结果:小肝癌与肝硬化小结节的彩色多普勒超声在肝动脉的直径、血流速度及血液流量等方面进行比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:小肝癌和肝硬化小结节的彩色多普勒超声学特征及血流动力学参数均存在显著差异,彩色多普勒对两者间的鉴别诊断有明显意义。

Differential Diagnosis of Small Hepatocellular Carcinoma and Small Cirrhosis Nodule Treated by Color Doppler Ultrasonography

Objective To study the differential diagnosis value of color Doppler ultrasonography treated small hepatocellular carcinoma（HCC） and small cirrhosis nodule.Methods Sixtyeight cases of patients with small HCC or small cirrhosis nodules were treated in hospital from May 2004 to April 2009,whose color Doppler ultrasound learning characteristics were analyzed,and the relationships between different nidi diagnosed results were evaluated,which could provide help for color Doppler ultrasound differential diagnosis.Results The hepatic artery diameter,blood flow velocity and blood（low of the color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis results between small HCC and small cirrhosis nodules were compared,and the difference was statistically significant（P0.01 or P0.05）.Conclusion There are differences in the color Doppler ultrasound learning characteristics and hemodynamic parameters between small HCC and small cirrhosis nodules,and it has obvious significance for the differential diagnosis between them.
