| 摘 要： | 目的:检测一种新型的血管黏合吻合用速溶支架的血液相容性。方法:把该课题组研制的新型血管内速溶支架研磨成粉,作为供试样品。通过血栓形成实验、溶血实验、凝血实验等3个实验,对血管内速溶支架材料进行血液相容性检测。结果:血管内速溶支架材料的溶血率约等于0。血栓形成和凝血实验的检测结果与阴性对照组相比,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:该课题组黏合吻合血管用血管内速溶支架具有良好的血液相容性,满足ISO 10993要求。

| Abstract: | Objective To test the hemo-compatibility of a new quick-dissolving stent for blood vessel suture-less bonding anastomosis.Methods The quick -dissolving stents were pulverized,and the powder was used as a sample.The hemo -compatibility test included thrombosis experiment,hemolysis experiment and hemagglutination experiment.Results The hemolysis rate of the stent powder was approximately equal to 0.Thrombosis experiment and hemagglutination experiment showed that the results had no significant difference between stent powder and the negative control（P0.05）.Conclusion The hemo-compatibility of the new quick-dissolving stent is good and accords with the standard of ISO-10993. |
