摘    要:目的:利用现代通信网络,构建一种心电信息监测系统,搭建集远程中央监护、术后跟踪、社区医疗和急救于一体的服务平台。方法:系统由中心站(服务器)和用户机组成,用户机采集、存储心电信息和波形,并传输到中心站服务器上,中心站各终端可实时查看监护信息,并发出对症建议或指令,实现双向互通。结果:以有线电话通讯网络为载体,实现了心电信息的远程监测,并在相关机构得到了应用。结论:本设计为生命信息的远程监测、医院资源的优化配置、身体保健和生命维持提供了途径和手段。

Abstract:Objective To construct an ECG remote monitoring system based on modern communication network and a service platform for remote central monitoring,postoperative tracing,community health care and first aid.Methods The system consisted of the central station(server) and user receiver.The user receiver acquired and stored ECG information and waveform and transmitted them to the central station.Then the terminals of the station gave out suggestions or commands according to the information for bi-directional communication.Results ECG remote monitoring was realized based on wire telephone network,and was applied in the healthcare facility.Conclusion The design provides ways and means for the remote monitoring of life information and hospital resources optimal allocation.Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2012,33(6):25-27]
