| 摘 要： | 目的探讨快速康复外科措施在胆囊切除术期护理中的应用效果。方法将100例胆囊切除手术患者随机分为快速康复外科组和传统治疗组各50例。比较2组患者康复情况及并发症发生情况。结果快速康复外科组患者术后住院时间缩短（P〈0.05）、住院费用减少（P〈0.05）、并发症减少（P〈0.05）。结论快速康复外科措施应用于胆囊切除手术能明显减轻患者痛苦,加速患者术后康复。

| Abstract: | Objective Rapid rehabilitation measures of surgical care in cholecystectomy in the application phase results. Methods 100 patients with cholecystectomy patients randomized and the rapid recovery surgery group,50 patients conventional treatment group.Recovery from two groups were compared and complications.Results Rapid rehabilitation of patients after surgical hospital stay shorter（P〈0.05）,decreased hospitalization costs（P〈0.05）,reduce complications（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation measures used in cholecystectemy surgery can significantly reduce patient pain,accelerate postoperative recovery. |
