摘    要:目的 研究细胞凋亡相关基因bak在乳腺浸润性导管癌(invasive ductal carcinoma;IDC)组织中的表达,探讨bak基因在IDC发生演变过程中的意义。方法 采用原位分子杂交技术检测46例IDC组织中bak mRNA的分布及表达。结果bakmRNA的检出率:46例IDC组织为58.7%(27/46),癌旁组织为53.3%(9/16);在癌组织与癌旁组织中,bak基因表达无显著差异(P〉0.05);但在IDC中,bak mRNA的表达Ⅱ级组织强于Ⅲ级组织(P〈0.05)。结论 bak mRNA表达可能与IDC的分化程度有关。

Abstract:Objective To study the expression of proapoptosis gene bak in Invasive ductal carcinoma(IDC) in the pathogenesis of IDC.Methods In situ hybridization was used to detect the localization of bak mRNA in IDC tissues.Results In 46 cases of IDC,bak mRNA expressed in 27cases(58.7%).bak mRNA was detected in 9 of 16 peri-cancerous tissues(56.3%).There were no significant differences of bak mRNA expression between pression of bak in IDC and peri-cancerous tissues(P>0.05),and so did beween the grad II and grade III of IDC(P<0.05).Conclusion Over-expression of bak in IDC may be related to the degree of the cancerous differentiation.
