| 摘 要： | 目的探讨CT脑池造影(CTC)在外伤性脑脊液鼻漏术前定位诊断中的作用和价值。方法回顾性分析52例外伤性脑脊液鼻漏患者的临床资料，将其CTC结果与术中所见进行对照。结果52例CTC均明确显示一处或多处颅底骨质改变，造影剂直观显示漏口50例(96％)．其位置均经手术证实。结论CTC可准确判定外伤性脑脊液鼻漏的漏口位置。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the value of CT cisternography(CTC)in the localization of traumatic cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea.Methods Retrospective analysis of 52 cases with CTC were selected for the study.The results were compared with the surgical findings for estimating the diagnostic value.Results All the patients showed bone change of skull base including fracture and cranial defect in one or multiple places.CTC correctly showed the sites of CSF leakage in 50 of 52 cases proved surgically.Conclusion CTC is an effective method for locating the site of the CSF leakage correctly before operation. |
