右旋糖酐铁口服液治疗小儿营养性缺铁性贫血的效果观察

目的探讨右旋糖酐铁口服液治疗小儿营养性缺铁性贫血的效果。方法200例营养性缺铁性贫血患儿,采用随机纸片法分为对照组和观察组,每组100例。对照组患儿采用硫酸亚铁治疗,观察组患儿采用右旋糖酐铁口服液治疗。比较两组患儿治疗前后血常规治疗、临床疗效、不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,两组患儿血红蛋白、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度、平均红细胞体积均高于本组治疗前,且观察组患儿血红蛋白(119.6±10.1)g/L、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(329.8±16.9)g/L、平均红细胞体积(88.4±9.2)fl均高于对照组的(102.3±8.4)g/L、(305.7±15.3)g/L、(75.8±9.0)fl,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿临床总有效率100.0%高于对照组的79.0%,不良反应发生率6.0%低于对照组的34.0%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用右旋糖酐铁口服液治疗小儿营养性缺铁性贫血,血红蛋白、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度、平均红细胞体积明显提高,疗效良好,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。

Observation on the effect of iron dextran oral solution in the treatment of nutritional iron deficiency anemia in children

Objective To discuss the effect of iron dextran oral solution in the treatment of nutritional iron deficiency anemia in children.Methods A total of 200 children with nutritional iron deficiency anemia were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ferrous sulfate,and the observation group was treated with iron dextran oral solution.The blood routine before and after treatment,clinical efficacy,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the hemoglobin,mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration and mean corpuscular volume of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and hemoglobin(119.6±10.1)g/L,mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration(329.8±16.9)g/L and mean corpuscular volume(88.4±9.2)fl of the observation group were higher than(102.3±8.4)g/L,(305.7±15.3)g/L and(75.8±9.0)fl of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate 100.0%of the observation group was higher than 79.0%of the control group,and incidence of adverse reactions 6.0%was lower than 34.0%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Iron dextran oral solution has a good effect for the treatment of nutritional iron deficiency anemia in children,which can significantly increase hemoglobin,mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration and mean corpuscular volume with fewer adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical application and application.
