PDCA循环管理法在妇产科手术护理管理中的应用及对患者生活质量的影响

目的探讨妇产科手术护理管理中PDCA循环管理法的应用效果及对患者生活质量(QOL)的影响。方法选取2018年9月至2019年6月滕州市妇幼保健院收治的妇产科手术患者78例作为研究组,在手术护理管理中应用PDCA循环管理法;选取2017年12月至2018年5月该院收治的妇产科手术患者78例作为对照组,在手术护理管理中应用传统常规管理方法。观察比较两组干预后的护理质量评分水平差异、围术期的相关不良事件发生率及干预前、后QOL评分水平差异。结果研究组各个维度的护理质量量化评分水平显著高于对照组,围术期相关不良事件的发生率显著低于对照组;干预后,研究组各个时间点的QOL评分显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论在妇产科手术护理管理中应用PDCA循环管理法,可显著提高护理质量,降低相关不良事件的发生率及风险,提高患者的QOL评分水平。

Application of PDCA circulation management method in nursing management of obstetrics and gynecology operation and its effect on patients' quality of life

Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA cycle management method in the nursing management of obstetrics and gynecology surgery and its influence on patients'quality of life scale(QOL).Methods A total of 78 cases of obstetrics and gynecology patients admitted to Tengzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from September 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the study group,and the PDCA cycle management method was applied in surgical nursing management.A total of 78 cases of patients with obstetrics and gynecology surgery admitted to this hospital from December 2017 to May 2018 were selected as the control group,and the traditional routine management methods were applied in surgical nursing management.The difference of nursing quality score level after intervention,the incidence of related adverse events during perioperative period and the difference of QOL score level before and after intervention were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The quantitative scoring level of nursing quality in each dimension in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of perioperative adverse events in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group.After intervention,the QOL score at each time point in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of PDCA cycle management method in the nursing management of obstetrics and gynecology surgery can significantly improve the quality of nursing,reduce the incidence and risk of adverse events,and improve the QOL score level of patients.
