Retrospective analysis of clinical blood for grade IV liver surgery in single disease

Objective:Analyzing the changes of clinical blood consumption in grade 4 liver surgery of single disease in our hospital from 2016 to 2017 by retrospective method,so as to provide basis for clinical blood preparation and improvement of operation plan for grade 4 liver surgery.Methods:The number of cases of grade IV liver surgery in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017,the blood consumption of various clinical components and the amount of blood used for operation were collected,and the changes of blood consumption of single disease in liver surgery for 2 years were analyzed and compared.Results:Compared with 2016,the total amount of red blood cells,plasma and cryoprecipitation in liver surgery in 2017 increased 75.1%,68.98%and 92.17%,respectively.Liver transplantation autotransfusion decreased by 40%,intraoperative allogeneic blood consumption increased by 79.32%and average allogeneic blood dosage increased by 79.36%.Hepatectomy autologous blood transfusion decreased 53.13%,intraoperative allogeneic blood consumption decreased by 16.07%and average allogeneic blood consumption increased by 14.29%.Pancreaticoduodenectomy autologous blood transfusion increased by 100%,intraoperative allogeneic blood consumption increased by 154.72%,and average allogeneic blood consumption increased by 70.91%.Con clusi on:The total amount of red blood cells,allogeneic blood,plasma,cryoprecipitate and intraoperative allogeneic blood in the operation of single disease in our hospital basically have an increasing trend,while autotransfusion has a certain decreasing trend.
