孙树椿教授应用腰痹汤治疗痰瘀互结腰痛的经验

腰痛在临床越来越常见,往往反复发作,对人们的生活质量、工作效率都产生了严重影响。腰痛的病因多认为风寒湿痹阻经络、湿热蕴蒸、瘀血阻络等病因导致。腰痛常常为慢性病程,痰瘀互结更是腰痛反复发作、缠绵难愈的关键。孙树椿教授认为慢性腰痛需从“痰、瘀”论治,腰痹汤加减治疗痰瘀互结型腰痛效果显著,值得推广。

Low back pain is more and more common in clinic.It''s often occurs repeatedly,which has a serious impact on people''s quality of life and work efficiency.The etiology of low back pain is mainly due to wind cold and dampness blocking meridians and collaterals,damp heat accumulating and steaming,blood stasis and pain.But low back pain is often a chronic course of disease.Phlegm and blood stasis are the key to the lasting and lingering symptoms of low back pain.Professor SUN Shuchun points that chronic low back pain should be treated from "phlegm and blood stasis",and the effect of Yaobi Decoction on low back pain of phlegm and blood stasis type is significant,which is worth popularizing.
