慢病护理管理中健康教育方法及策略运用进展

慢性病多见于中老人人群中,我国现已步入老龄化社会。现代社会,人患上各类慢性病的原因相对较多,但是部分慢性病患者对于患病后的护理与生活方式依旧与病前相同,这在某种程度上加快了慢性病的发展。在我国慢性病为高发的态势,现已成为威胁全社会人群健康的疾病。所以,对慢性病的护理管理就需要加强,健康教育是其中的一个重要环节。本文主要对慢性病护理管理中健康教育的方法及策略运用及其进展进行综述。

Progress in the application of health education methods and strategies in chronic disease nursing management

Chronic diseases are more common in the elderly population,China has entered an aging society.In modern society,there are relatively many reasons for people to suffer from various chronic diseases,but the care and lifestyle of some patients with chronic diseases are still the same as before,which speeds up the development of chronic diseases to a certain extent.The high incidence of chronic diseases in China has now become a threat to the health of the whole society.Therefore,the nursing management of chronic diseases needs to be strengthened,and health education is an important link.This paper mainly reviews the methods and strategies of health education in chronic disease nursing management and their progress.
