Observation on the efficacy of fumigation and washing with traditional Chinese medicine after anorectal diseases operation

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of fumigation and washing with traditional Chinese medicine after anorectal diseases operation.Methods A total of 110 patients undergoing anorectal diseases operation were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 55 cases in each group.The control group received sitz bath with conventional warm salt water,and the observation group received fumigation and washing with traditional Chinese medicine.The therapeutic effect and improvement time of clinical symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results The pain disappearance time(5.7±3.1)d,edema subsided time(4.3±2.1)d and wound healing time(14.9±4.9)d of the observation group were obviously shorter than(8.1±4.1),(7.1±2.2)and(21.3±6.7)d of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment 96.4%of the observation group was obviously higher than 85.4%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Fumigating and washing with traditional Chinese medicine can promote the local blood circulation,reduce the pain symptoms of patients,reduce the postoperative edema symptoms,and help the healing of the patients as soon as possible.
