| 摘 要： | 本文就医院门诊的延伸服务的内容形式及构架作了阐述。提出：为适应医学模式的改变，传统门诊模式必须重新定位，医疗咨询、健康管理、上门服务等项目均可成为医院门诊的新的服务项目。
