| Abstract: | The prodrugs can change the physico-chemical property of drugs,increase bioavailability,enhance water-solubility,reduce side effects or attach to the target.The prodrugs can retain or improve effects of the parent drug,meanwhile,overcome the drawback of the parent drug.The paper introduced and exemplified the principle of the prodrugs used as a method in new drug design. |
