腹水超滤浓缩回输治疗肝硬化腹水的疗效观察及护理

目的探讨腹水超滤浓缩腹腔回输术治疗肝硬化顽固性腹水的疗效及护理措施。方法对46例患者，实施126次腹水超滤浓缩腹腔内回输治疗。结果腹水超滤前后对电解质无明显影响，治疗后临床症状明显改善，患者血中白蛋白、总蛋白浓度较治疗前明显增高，差异具有非常显著性（P〈0．01）。治疗后显效34例（73．9％），有效10例（21．7％），无效2例（4．4％），总有效率95．6％。结论腹水超滤浓缩腹腔回输治疗肝硬化顽固性腹水是有效的，不良反应少，疗效快，操作简单。

Efficacy of concentration of ascites with ultrafiltration for treatment of cirrhotic ascites and its nursing

Objective To explore the concentration of abdominal ascites with ultrafiltration for the treatment of refractory cirrhotic ascites and effective nursing measures. Methods The uhrafiltration concentrated ascites reinfusion therapy was carried out in 46 patients for a total of 126 times. Results There was no significant influence on concentration of electrolytes in ascites before and after ultrafiltration, and clinical symptoms of patients were significantly improved after treatment. Serum levels of albumin and total protein concentration were significantly higher than those before treatment. Marked effectiveness was seen in 34 cases （73.9%）, effectiveness in 10 cases （21.7%） and failure in 2 cases （4.4%）, thet total effective rate was 95.6% . Conclusion Ultrafiltration concentrated ascites reinfusion therapy for treatment of refractory cirrhotic ascites is effective with less side effects and rapid efficacy and it is easy to be operated.
