喉癌患者白细胞介素2及可溶性白细胞介素2受体的检测

目的：观察喉癌患者的白细胞介素2（IL—2）与可溶性白细胞介素2受体（sIL—2R）水平的变化．方法：IL—2测定采用IL—2诱生及活性测定法,sIL—2R采用双抗体夹心法。结果：喉癌患者IL—2水平明显低于对照组，经统计学处理差异显著（P＜0．01），而sIL—2R水平则显著增高（P<0．01），并且与喉癌的分型及分期有明显的相关性；结论：sI-2R水平测定配合IL—2测定可作为喉癌临床监测的重要指标。

Determination of serum levels of IL-2 and soluble IL-2 receptor in laryngocacinoma patients

Objective:Detect the levels of IL-2 and soluble IL-2 receptor in the serum of patents with laryngeal carcinoma. Methods:Detection of the level of IL-2 was done by metholds of production and activity determination of IL-2;soluble IL-2 receptor was dctermined with sandwich ELISA. Results: The level IL - 2 of patients with laryngeal carcinoma was significantly lower than that in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0. 01 ),and level of sIL-2R was higher than that of control group (P<0. 01). Activity in the level of sIL-2R was especially related to the type and clinical stage of the carcinoma. Conclusion:Determining sIL-2R levels and activity of IL-2 may be as an important index for clinical surveillance of laryngeal carcinoma.
