| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨距骨颈骨折或合并距骨体脱位的治疗方法。方法 对 12例距骨颈骨折或合并距骨体脱位的病人行切开复位内固定 ,带跗外侧动脉骰骨瓣转移植骨术治疗。随访观察疗效。结果 全部病例随访 2年以上 ,未见骨不连 ,2年后骨坏死完全修复 ,效果满意。结论 本术式操作简单 ,能有效预防骨不连 ,预防并修复骨坏死 ,是治疗距骨颈骨折脱位的可靠选择
