新式腹膜外剖宫产术52例临床分析

目的探讨新式腹膜外剖宫产术的应用效果.方法对我院行新式腹膜外剖宫产术52例病人(观察组)与同期随机选取行新式剖宫产术50例病人(对照组)做为对照,对两组手术时间、术后并发症、出血量等进行比较.结果手术时间:观察组平均38分钟,对照组平均34分钟(P＞0.05 ).出血量:观察组平均177ml,对照组平均171ml(P＞0.05 ).两组均无并发症.术后吸收热、腹胀发生率观察组均低于对照组(P＜0.01 ).结论新式腹膜外剖宫产术具有术后并发症少、操作方法简单、便于推广应用等优点.

The clinical analysis of 52 cases of new-style cesarean section by peritoneum exclusion

Objective To explore the effects of new stylecesarean section by peritoneum exclusion.Methods:We compared the operation time,postoperative complication,amount of bleeding of 52 patients receiving new style extraperitoneam cesarean section with 52 patients receiving new style cesarean section in random. Results The operation time of the observation group was 38 minutes on average,while the contrast group was 34 minutes( P >0.05);the amount of bleeding in the observation group was 177ml while the contrast group was 171ml( P >0.05).Both of the groups had no complications,the abdominal distention rate and the postoperative absorbing heat rate of the observation group all were lower than that of the contrast group( P <0.01).Conclusion The new style extraperitoneam cesarean section has advantages of fewer complications,simple to operate and extersive to applicate
