摘    要:INTRODUCTION Traditional concept about the transmural filling pressure (TFP) of either ventricle[1] is misleading for the lack of a thorough understanding of respiration-related hemodynamics. Based on the combination of the circulatory anatomy and function with the hydromechanic principles, two in vitro and one in vivo experiments were designed to establish a more rational concept about the TFP.
