早期综合康复治疗对急性脑卒中偏瘫患者的疗效观察

摘    要:目的探讨早期综合康复治疗对急性脑卒中患者神经功能缺损、运动功能及日常生活活动能力的影响。方法156例急性脑卒中患者随机分为康复组及对照组,康复组在采用常规药物治疗同时,进行早期综合康复治疗,对照组仅采用常规药物治疗。35天后分别评价两组患者的NIHSS、FMA及ADL。结果治疗后两组的NIHSS,FMA和ADL评分与治疗前相比,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),康复组各指标的改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期综合康复治疗能有效改善急性脑卒中偏瘫患者的运动功能,提高生活能力,减少神经功能缺损。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of early general rehabilitation therapy on the deficits of neurological function, motor function and activities of daily life abilities in acute stroke patients. Methods 156 acutes stroke patients were randomly divided into the rehabilitation group and control group. The rehabilitation groups were treated general rehabilitation. The control group were treated only with routine medications.The NIHSS,FMA and ADL were assessed in all the patients after 35 days.Results The scores on NIHSS,FMA and ADL all have significant difference in the two groups comparing before and after treatment(P<0.05),the scores in rehabilitation groups were significantly better than in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Early general rehabilitation therapy have more effectiveness on reduction of neurological deficit,improving the recovery of motor function and the daily life abilities for hemiplegia after acute stroke.
