| 摘 要： | 目的了解正常分娩婴幼儿多次听力筛查未通过的原因及其听力检查的情况。方法对正常分娩经3次听力筛查均未通过的61例婴幼儿分别进行鼓室导抗图、听性脑干反应及40Hz听觉相关电位检查。结果61例（105耳）中28例（47耳）检出鼓室图异常，占45．9％；12例（20耳）检出ABR或40Hz AERP异常，占19．7％。结论对多次听力筛查未通过的婴幼儿进行全面的听力检查，能及早发现听力异常，有利于进一步追踪观察。

| Abstract: | Objective To know the reason and audiometry result of normal newborns who failed universal newborn hearing screeing(UNHS) three times.Methods Sixty-one cases of normal newborns who failed UNHS three times were tested in tympanometry date,ABR thresholds and 40 Hz AERP.Results Twenty-eight cases(47 ears,46.9%) were found abnormal in tympanograms,and 12 cases(20 ears,19.7%) were found abnormal in ABR and 40 Hz AERP.Conclusion For three months infants those who were referred to in UNHS many times,it is so impor... |
