| 摘 要： | 目的:观察原络配穴针法为主治疗血管性轻度认知障碍的临床疗效。方法:以原络配穴针法为主联合安理申为治疗手段,设单纯安理申为对照组,观察48例血管性轻度认知障碍患者治疗前后临床症状和MMSE、ADL及同型半胱氨酸变化。结果:原络配穴针法为主联合安理申能够提高血管性轻度认知障碍患者MMSE评分,改善ADL评分,降低同型半胱氨酸。临床总有效率为83.33%,与对照组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:原络配穴针法为主联合安理申可有效改善血管性轻度认知障碍(VMCI)患者的智能水平和恢复生活自理能力,且疗效优于单纯安理申治疗。
