| 摘 要： | 目的：观察薄氏腹针对单纯性肥胖症的临床疗效,为针灸减肥方案的优化提供参考。方法：将61例单纯性肥胖症患者随机分成薄氏腹针组（29例）和常规针刺组（32例）,两组分别接受相应的处理,比较各组临床疗效、治疗前后体重、BMI、腰围、腰臀比及SCL90量表评分的变化。结果：两组在临床疗效、治疗前后体重与BMI变化方面无统计学差异（P〉0.05）,在减少腰围和腰臀比上薄氏腹针组明显优于常规针刺组（P〈0.05）;两组治疗前SCL90总分、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、其它等因子分均高于正常值,经过治疗分别有不同程度的下降（P〈0.05）,且两组之间无统计学差异（P〉0.05）。结论：薄氏腹针对单纯性肥胖具有确切的临床疗效,并在减少患者腰围和腰臀比上具有独特优势;单纯性肥胖患者伴有不同程度的心理障碍如抑郁、焦虑等,针灸减肥不仅可以减轻体重,对缓减患者因肥胖带来的社会心理压力亦具有重要意义。
