| 摘 要： | 选取某三级甲等医院2010年高额住院费用病例共163例,分析其费用构成及特征。结果显示,163例高额住院费用病例的平均费用为170593元,以西药费用最高,其次为材料费、诊察费、化验费等;高额住院费用的影响因素包括疾病类别、住院天数、患者性别和年龄等。据此提出控制高额住院费用的对策建议。

| Abstract: | We sampled 163 inpatient cases with expensive costs at a third level hospital in 2010,and analyzed their characteristics.The results showed that the average cost reached 170593 Yuan.The costs of western medicine ranked highest,then was material costs,examination costs,laboratory test costs and so on.The influence factors included disease category,hospitalization days,patient's sex and age.We at last proposed countermeasures to control expensive costs in inpatient cases. |
