上海市浦东新区流动人口结核病防治效果分析

目的]评价浦东新区第五轮全球基金结核病控制项目流动人口结核病防治的实施效果,为结核病的预防和控制提供依据。方法]收集2007年12月—2009年9月全球基金结核病控制项目季报表、年报表,分析浦东新区外来流动人口中肺结核病的发现和治疗管理情况。结果]项目实施2年间共投入专项经费185.5万元人民币。2年间共发现活动性肺结核1 288例,新登记率从项目实施前的43.03/10万上升至51.58/10万。2年间发现新涂阳肺结核病人434例。结核病全程督导管理(DOT)从项目实施前的57.8%上升至94.8%;肺结核病人治疗满1年治愈/完成疗程率从48.8%上升至85.0%。结论]第五轮全球基金结核病控制项目效果显著,促进了浦东新区结核病防治规划的实施,也为其他项目提供了经验借鉴。

Implementation effect of fifth-round Global Fund tuberculosis project for floating population in Pudong New Area, Shanghai

Objective] To evaluate the implementation effect of the fifth-round Global Fund TB control project for floating population in Pudong and provide a basis for tuberculosis prevention and control. Methods] Collected were quarterly reports,annual reports of the Global Fund TB control project from Dec.2007 to Sep.2009,and analysis on the detection and treatment of tuberculosis in floating population in Pudong. Results] Special funds of 1.855 million yuan were invested in this project since its implementation 2 years before.In these 2 years,1288 cases of active tuberculosis and 434 new sputum smear-positive TB patients were discovered and registered.After the implementation of the project,the registration rate in floating population rose from 51.58 per 10 million to 51.58 per 10 million,the DOTs management rate rose from 57.8% to 94.8% and the cure / the Completion rate in tuberculosis patients in treatment for one year increased from 48.8% to 85.0%. Conclusion] The fifth-round Global Fund TB control project significantly contributed to the implementation of TB control program in Pudong New Area,and provided useful experience for other projects to draw upon.
