体外肿瘤细胞培养法对非小细胞肺癌化疗药物敏感性的研究

目的]通过常见非小细胞肺癌对不同抗癌药物敏感性作比较,以期寻找各自的合理的化疗用药方案,从而指导不同肺癌的化疗。方法]通过肿瘤细胞体外药敏试验(即四甲基偶氮唑盐着色法,MTT),对35例非小细胞肺癌(腺癌23例、磷癌12例)新鲜瘤组织原代培养进行顺铂(DDP)、卡铂(CBP)、足叶乙甙(VP-16)、阿霉素(ADM)、长春新碱(VCR)、环磷酰胺(CTX)、紫杉醇(PTX)、长春瑞滨(NVB)、金喜素(TPT)9种化疗药物敏感检测,其结果作以比较。结果]非小细胞肺癌对PTX、TPT、ADM、CBP、NVB的高度敏感率分别为51.43%、42.86%、40.00%、37.14%、31.4%,提示肺癌对上述药物敏感,其余DDP、VCR、VP-16三种药物高度敏感率不足30%,提示治疗效果差。而CTX高度敏感率为0.00%,提示CTX治疗非小细胞肺癌不敏感。结论]非小细胞肺癌对化疗药物的反应虽有一定的共性,但不同个体间差异有显著性意义。不同类型非小细胞肺癌对不同化疗药物的敏感性也有差别。

Study on sensitivity of NSCLC to chemotherapeutic agents by tumor cells cultured in vitro
