| 摘 要： | 为评价心律平治疗室性早搏的地位,本文随机分组对39例室性早搏采用心律平或慢心律治疗,治疗前后的动态心电图结果显示:心律平和慢心律均使室性早搏显著减少(分别为P<0.001和P<0.05),两药的有效率相似,分别为61%和64%(P>0.05),但在降低室性早搏的级别方面,心律平优于慢心律,降级率分别为71%和36%(P<0.05),平均降低级数分别为2.3和1.5级(P<0.05)。本文认为:心律平治疗效果佳,安全度高,可作为治疗室性早搏的一线药物。

| Abstract: | To evaluate propafenone in the treatment of ventricular ectopic beats, we treated 39 cases of ventricular ectopic beats with propafenone or mexiletine randomly. The results of dynamic ECG before and after treatment showed: Both drugs could reduce ventricular ectopic beats remarkably (P<0.001 and P<0.05 respectively) and had similar effective rates(61% and 64% respectively,p>0.05). However, in respect of reducing the grade of ventricular ectopic beats (Lown's method), propafenone was superior to mexiletine. Their grade-reduced rates were 71% and 36% respectively (P<0.05).The average gradereduced number was 2.3 for propafenone and 1.5 for mexiletine (P<0.05). In conclusion: Propafenone is effective and safe for the treatment of ventricular ectopic beats and should be used as the first-line drug. |
