单病种临床路径实施效果评价

目的探讨临床路径对提高单病种医疗质量的作用,为全面实施临床路径提供依据。方法以2011年1月-12月入院,诊断为急性心肌梗死、急性心力衰竭、社区获得性肺炎、脑梗死、髋关节置换术和冠状动脉旁路移植术并且符合入组标准的单病种病例为实验组,实施临床路径管理。同时以2010年1月-12月符合入组标准的相应病例为对照组。比较平均住院日、平均住院费用、患者的满意度、患者健康知识掌握等。结果临床路径的实施降低了患者的平均住院日和平均住院费用,提高了患者的满意度和患者健康知识的掌握。结论临床路径对提高单病种医疗质量和增加患者的健康知识的掌握有显著作用。在临床路径实施过程中还要加强管理。

Evaluation on Implement Effect of Single Disease Clinical Pathway

Objective This paper discusses the effect of clinical pathway for improving single disease medical quality,providing basis for fully implementing clinical pathway.Methods Taking Clinical Pathway into practice using cases which have been diagnosed as acute myocardial infarction,acute heart failure,community acquired pneumonia and cerebral infarction or treated with hip replacement and coronary artery bypass grafting from January to February,2011.All of these cases are selected by certain standard to be the experimental group.The cases from January to December 2010 have been selected by certain standard as the control group.Comparison has been made between these two groups on the average hospitalization days,the average hospitalization expenses,patient satisfaction and patient knowledge.Results The implement of clinical pathway decreases the average hospitalization days and the average hospitalization expenses and increases the satisfaction degree and of patients and their master situation about health knowledge.Conclusions It has obvious effect of clinical pathway to improve single disease medical quality and patients’ master about health knowledge which should strengthen management during the implement of clinical pathway.
