PBL教学法在肿瘤学临床教学中的应用

摘    要:目的:在肿瘤学临床教学中引入PBL教学方法,探讨其优势和不足。方法:选择62名在肿瘤科临床实习进修的轮转生,分别采取PBL教学和传统LBL教学,并对教学质量和教学满意度进行比较。结果:两组轮转生出科考试理论成绩比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),PBL教学组临床综合能力成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.05);采用PBL教学的实验组教学满意度较高,尤其是有助于提高临床思维能力、加深知识的理解和记忆、提高自学能力及增强交流与合作能力。结论:肿瘤学有利于临床PBL教学方法的应用;传统LBL教学方法与临床PBL教学方法在肿瘤学临床教学中的合理搭配,更有利于提高教学质量。

Abstract:Objective: After introduction of the clinical PBL method into oncology clinical teaching,to explore its benefit and insufficient.Methods: 62 students were selected and divided into the clinical PBL group and the LBL group at random.The teaching effects of the two groups were compared.Results: The score of clinical PBL group in clinical comprehensive abilities is higher than that of control group;the students in clinical PBL group were more satisfied with the teaching method,they think that clinical PBL method is useful for theoretical knowledge and can improve the ability of self-study and communication.Conclusion: The oncology clinical environment is suitable for the introduction of clinical PBL method;the combination of LBL and clinical PBL methods can effectively improve the quality in oncology clinical teaching.
