7种外科疾病住院费用的灰色关联分析

目的了解外科疾病住院费用的影响因素，为建立医疗费用控制机制提供科学依据。方法运用灰色关联分析法对某院2009年子宫平滑肌瘤、老年性白内障、急性阑尾炎、胆石症、腰椎间盘突出、前列腺增生、剖宫产等7种疾病的出院患者住院费用的7种类别进行定量分析。结果各项费用类别指标的关联度从高到低依次为药品费、手术费、材料费、检查费、治疗费、床位费、其他费。结论灰色关联分析法能为系统发展变化的态势提供量化指标．方法可靠，适用于因素间关联度的衡量。

Grey Relational Analysis on the Hospitalization Expenses among Seven Kinds of Surgical Diseases

Objective to know about the affect factors of hospitalization expenses of surgical diseases for providing scientific basis for setting up medical expenses control system.Methods This paper applies grey relational analysis(GRA) to have quantitative analysis on hospitalization expense of 7 kinds of disease,which are fibromyoma uteri,senile cataract,acute appendicitis,cholelithiasis,lumbar disc protrusion,hyperplasia of prostate gland and uterine-incision delivery in 2009 in a hospital.Results The relational degree of 7 kinds of hospitalization expenses sort order from the highest to lowest are respectively medicine,operation,material,examination,treatment,bed occupation and others.Conclusion The GRA can provide quantitative indicators for systematically varying development profile with reliable and reasonable methods,which is suitable for correlation factors.
