消化性溃疡的中医辨治思路

分五型辨治消化性溃疡。即:肝胃不和型,治以疏肝和胃兼须理气;脾胃虚寒型,治以温中散寒为主;肝胃郁热型,治以清热解郁为主;痰饮型,治以温中化饮;瘀痛型,治以活血化瘀为主,治疗用药时注重病情不同程度及兼症的变化。
