| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨辛伐他汀和阿托伐他汀治疗高脂血症的疗效和价格关系。方法 对53例高脂血症患者使用辛伐他汀或阿托伐他汀治疗，进行疗效一价格比较分析。结果 辛伐他汀在持续性治疗高脂血症中与阿托伐他汀的疗效无显著性差异而费用更低。结论 辛伐他汀较阿托伐他汀具有更好的效价比。

| Abstract: | Objective To probe the relations of efficacy and cost of simvastatin and atorvastatin in the treatment of hypedipidemia, Methods Fifty- three patients were divided into two groups treated with simvastatin and atorvastatin respectively, The efficacy and cost were compared. Results The efficacy and the cost of simvastatin on treating hyperlipidemia had no significant difference comparing with those of atorvastin, Conclusion Simvastatin has preferable efficacy- cost ratio to atorvastin. |
