低分子肝素对充血性心力衰竭高凝状态的影响

目的探讨低分子肝素对充血性心力衰竭高凝状态的治疗作用。方法所有充血性心力衰竭高凝状态的患者均接受常规治疗，治疗组（78例）加用低分子肝素针每次5000u／d，皮下注射，7d为1个疗程；对照组（78例）采用常规治疗。结果治疗组总有效率92．3％，对照组总有效率73．1％（P〈0．05）；与对照组相比，血红蛋白、红细胞压积差异有显著性（P〈0．01）；血小板聚集率、纤维蛋白原差异具有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论低分子肝素对充血性心力衰竭高凝状态具有治疗作用。

Influence of Low Molecular Heparin on the Congestive Heart-Failure with Hypercoagulability

Objective To explore the therapeutic action of the congestive heart-failure with hypercoagulability by low molecular heparin. Methods All the congestive heart-failure with hypercoagulability patients were accepted the routine treatment. Seventy-eight patients in the treatment group were treated with low molecular heparin injection （ 5000u, qd ） , hypodermic injection for 7 days as a course. And seventy-eight patients were treated without low molecular heparin injection as the control group. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.3% and the control group was 73.1% （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The treatment group compared with the control group in hemoglobin and hematocrit was significant difference（ P 〈 0.01 ）. In platelet aggregation rate and fibrinogen, with difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion There is therapeutic action in the congestive heart-failure with hypercoagulability by low molecular heparin.
