| 摘 要： | 目的探讨纤维胆道镜在治疗胆管结石中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2005年6月-2008年6月86例胆管结石患者术中、术后利用纤维胆道镜检查、取石治疗的临床资料。结果54例术中一次性结石取净,25例术后经T管窦道一次性结石取尽;另7例术后多次取石,其中3例因T管脱落未及时插回而致窦道闭合,无法取净结石。结论纤维胆道镜应用于治疗胆管结石可有效减少胆管残石,降低残石率和再手术率。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of fibercholedochoscopy in the treatment of biliary calculi. Methods The clinical data of 86 cases with hepatolithiasis using the fibercholedochoscopy to check and remove stones from June 2005 to June 2008 were retrospectively analyzed. Results 54 cases were complete removal of the stones during operation,and 25 cases with residual stones were completely removed only once by fibercholedoscopy through T tube after operation, Another 7 cases underwent several times of removing stones after operation and 3 cases still had residual stones because of the desquamation of T tube. Conclusion Routine using the fibercholedochoscopy in the treatment of hepatolithiasis can decrease the rate of residual stone and re-laparotomy. |
