摘    要:目的 :探讨老年脑梗死患者血清胆红素水平的变化及其意义。方法 :测定 42例老年脑梗死患者急性期、恢复期及 2 8例健康老年人的血清胆红素、胆碱酯酶水平并进行比较。结果 :与健康老年人相比 ,脑梗死患者急性期的胆碱酯酶无明显差异 (P >0 0 5) ,间接胆红素、直接胆红素均明显降低 (均为P <0 0 1) ,恢复期胆碱酯酶也无明显差异 (P >0 0 5) ,间接胆红素、直接胆红素均明显下降 (均为P <0 0 5) ,且急性期较恢复期降低更明显 (P <0 0 5)。结论 :提示血清胆红素的降低与脑梗死有关

Abstract:Objective:To observe the varies of serum bilirubin in e ld erly patients with cerebral infarction and its clinical significance.Metho ds:Serum bilirubin and cholinesterase were measured and compared in 42 elderly patients w ith cerebral infarction (include acute period and recovery period) and 28 health y control elderly men. Results:Serum direct bilirubin and indirect bi l irubin of acute cerebral infarction patienes, were much lower than that of healt hy control elderly men (P<0 01),but there was no changes with cholinestera se(P>0 05).Serum direct bilirubin and indirect bilirubin of recovery cereb ral i nfarction patients, were also much lower than that of healthy control men (P <0 05).Cholinesterase was not changed(P>0 05).Serum direct bilirubin and indirect bilirubin of acute cerebral infarction were much lower than that of re c overy cerebral infarction(P<0 05).Corulusion: It is sugges t that the descended serum bilirubin may be an independent risk factor for cerebra l infarction.
