贝复济治疗复发性口腔溃疡的疗效观察

目的 :观察贝复济对复发性口腔溃疡的治疗作用。方法 :将 12 1例复发性口腔溃疡患者随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,其中治疗组 6 3例 ,对照组 5 8例。治疗组用贝复济喷洒溃疡面 ,对照组用 0 .9%生理盐水涂擦溃疡面。结果 :治疗组和对照组 3d有效率分别为 90 .4 8%和 6 0 .34% ,有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;治疗组的溃疡平均愈合时间也显著低于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :贝复济治疗复发性口腔溃疡效果显著 ,是一种较好的治疗方法。

The Effect of BFGF on Recurrent Oral Ulcer

Objective: To Observe effect of Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor(BFGF) on the recurrent oral ulcer(ROU). Methods: One hundred and twenty one cases of ROU were divided into two groups randomly. Treatment groups was of 63 cases and contrast group of 58 cases.The treatment group was treated with BFGF spray, while the contrast group was treated with 0.9% NS.Results:In 3 days, the effective ratio in the treated group was 94.48%,While that of the contrast group was 60.34%. There was a statistical significant difference between those two groups(P<0.05);also the average time taken for heal of ulcer in the treated group was much shorter than that in the contrast group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of ROU with BFGF is good.
