颅脑损伤急性期血糖及血清果糖胺检测的临床意义

目的 :探讨颅脑损伤急性期患者血糖监测与伤情、预后及治疗的关系。方法 :对 5 1例颅脑损伤患者和正常对照组 5 1例进行血糖及血清果糖胺检测 ,对有关资料进行统计学分析。结果 :脑伤组的血糖增高较正常对照组有非常显著差异 (P <0 0 1) ,而血清果糖胺无明显差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ;脑伤组中轻、中、重型之间血糖均有非常显著差异 (P >0 0 1) ;重型中死亡组血糖初测与复测有显著差异 ,而存活组则差别无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :急性颅脑损伤后血糖均有不同程度的增高 ,血糖的增高与脑伤程度及预后呈正相关 ,经治疗后血糖趋于正常者 ,预后良好。因此 ,在救治中应及时预防和控制高血糖状态

Clinical Significance of Serum Glucose and Fructosamine in Head-Injured Patients in Acute Phase

Objective:To study the relationship between blood glucose levels and the condition of wound,prognosis and treatment in head-injured patients in acute phase.Methods:We measured blood glucose and fructosamine in 51 head-injured patients and 51 control subjects The statistics was analyzed Results:The concentration of blood glucose in head-injured group was significant higher than those of control group(P<0 01),but the concentration of fructosamine was not significant difference between the two groups The blood glucose levels in head-injured group were significant difference among the light,the medium and the heavy types respectively(P<0 01) The levels of blood glucose in dead group of the heavy type was significant difference between the first and the second tests(P<0 01),and there is no difference in survival group of this type(P<0 05) Conclusions:The concentration of blood glucose is increased in the head-injury in acute phase,and the degree of head-injury and the prognosis was correlated with blood glucose levels The prognosis of the patients with blood glucose levels tending to normal after treatment was good So controlling and preventing of high blood glucose concentration was important in the treatment of head-injured patients
