消炎去脂片治疗寻常痤疮的临床与实验研究

目的　通过临床和动物实验 ,观察消炎去脂片治疗寻常痤疮的临床疗效及对动物的抗炎作用。方法　临床实验采用随机、平行、对照试验方法 ,其中治疗组 60例 ,对照组 3 0例。动物实验取Wistar雄性大鼠 ,连续用药 7天 ,采用鸡蛋清致炎法致足肿胀和棉球法致肉芽增生。结果　①消炎去脂片治疗组痊愈 15例 ,显效 2 3例 ,进步 19例 ,无效 3例 ,有效率为 62 .3 3 % ;对照组痊愈 6例 ,显效 8例 ,进步 15例 ,无效 1例 ,有效率 46.67% ;卡方检验 ,两组疗效比较差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5)。②消炎去脂片能使大鼠足肿胀的消退加快 ,具有明显的抗炎作用 ;能抑制肉芽组织增生 ,降低肉芽含水量。结论　消炎去脂片对寻常痤疮有明显的治疗和抗炎作用

Clinical and Experimental Study in the Treatment of Acne Vulgaris With Xiaoyan Quzhi Tablet

ObjectiveTo research the clinical effects of Xiaoyan Quzhi Tablet on the treatment against acne vulgaris and the anti-inf lammation on rats.MethodsIn clinical study,the total number of selected ou tpatients was 90 including 60 outpatients treated with Xiaoyan Quzhi tablet as a treated group and 30 outpatients as control group.The experimental study was ob served by the edema of hind paw elicited by subcutaneous injection of 0.05ml fre sh egg white and the proliferation of granuloma induced by cotton-pallet in wis tar male rats for 7 days.Results①The effective and cure rat was 63.33% in treat ed group, while in control group was 46.67%. There was no statistically differe nces between the two groups(P>0.05).②The Xiaoyan Quzhi tablet could acceler ate the reduction of edema in rats showed that it could inhibit the proliferatio n of granulation.ConclusionXiaoyan Quzhi tablet has significant effect on treatment and anti-inflammation against acne vulgaris.
