| 摘 要： | 随着医疗器械在医院发挥越采越重要的作用，医疗器械维修部门作为保障其正常运行的单位，发挥着不可或缺的作用。文章从医院医疗器械维修的管理入手，分析其存在的问题和原因，阐述了医院在现行体制下医疗器械维修管理所采取的方法及措施。

| Abstract: | Because of the increasing importance of medical equipment in hospital, medical equipment maintenance division, a department guaranteeing the normal performance of medical equipment, will also act as a vital way. This paper introduces some problems in the management of medical equipment maintenance division and analyses the reasons. Some ways and means are suggested to manage the medical equipment maintenance. |
