外周动静脉同步换血治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的护理

目的探讨新生儿高胆红素血症经外周动静脉同步换血的临床效果和护理方法。方法对47例新生儿高胆红素血症患儿采用套管留置针进行外周动静脉同步换血，术前做好环境、物品及病人的准备；术中严格无菌操作，控制好同步换血的速度；术后注意保暖，观察有无电解质紊乱及胆红素反跳的现象。结果47例患儿顺利安全完成换血治疗，换血前后胆红素变化差异有显著性（P〈0．05），该换血方法提高了换血效果，能维持换血过程中血液内环境的稳定，防止血液动力学变化所引起的并发症。结论外周动静脉同步换血是治疗新生儿重症高胆红素血症效果显著、安全可靠、简单易行的方法。

After the operation, the patients should keep warm, and are observed their conditions: electrolyte disturbance or not, Bilirubin rebound effect. Results 47 patients got through the blood exchange transfusion, and There are considerable differences in bilirubin. (P<0.05), the methods to exchange blood improve the effect, it maintains the stability of the environment within the exchange transfusion, prevent the complication. Conclusion synchronous Blood exchange transfusion between the periphery arteriovenos is most effective and safe, simple method to treat the neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.
