| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨参附注射液配合西医常规治疗急性左心衰伴心源性休克的临床疗效。方法：将50例本病患者随机分为两组，治疗组28例在西医常规治疗的基础上加参附注射液治疗，对照组用西医常规治疗。结果：治疗组总有效率为82．14％，而对照组仅为68．18％，两组比较，P〈0．05。结论：参附注射液治疗急性左心衰伴心源性休克可在早期有效改善患者低血压和低灌注状况。

| Abstract: | Objective： To discuss the clinical effect on acute left heart failure with cardiac shock treated by Shenfu injection. Method ： 50 cases of acute left heart failure with cardiac shock were randomly divided into two groups. 28 cases in the treatment group were treated by Shenfu injection on the basis of western medicine and cases in the control group treated by western medicine. Results ： The total effective rate in the treatment group was 82.14% and 68.18% in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Shenfu injection could improve the condition of hypopiesia and hypoperfusion in treating acute left heart failure with cardiac shock of early stage. |
