| 摘 要： | 通过对引起西方社会广泛关注的中草药肾病的病理学研究、分子作用机制、植物学和生药学研究各方面文献的归纳总结，分析了马兜铃酸所致中草药肾病的临床病理，深入地探讨了西方社会误用含马兜铃酸的中药材而造成的肾病的原因。并进一步指出了应如何解决当前发生的此类现象以及我国中医药事业发展所面临的几个问题。
