摘    要:目的建立深圳市甲型副伤寒PulseNet数据库,用于甲型副伤寒的实时监测和分子流行病学调查。方法采用脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)技术,对深圳市2002-2007年散发和爆发的243株甲型副伤寒沙门菌的染色体DNA进行酶切电泳,用BioNumerics软件对PFGE分型图谱电子化数据分析,建立分子分型数据库。结果深圳市甲型副伤寒菌株各年间差异较小,用Xba酶切仅呈现6种PFGE图谱。同一起甲副暴发的临床分离株具有相同的PFGE图谱。各区和各年代的分离株都存在有相同的PFGE带型。结论深圳市甲型副伤寒沙门菌变异较小,呈长期流行趋势,甲型副伤寒PulseNet数据库的初步建立,对直观地分析各起疫情之间的相互关系,对疫情的控制和传染来源的追踪具有重要意义。

Development of PulseNet Database of Salmonella paratyphi A in Shenzhen

Abstract:Aim To set up a database for Salmonella paratyphi A in Shenzhen. Methods Pulsed field gel electrophoresis(PFGE)was used to analyze the relatedness of Salmonella paratyphi A strains isolated in Shenzhen in 2002~ 2007. The genomic DNA in different Salmonella strains were isolated and separated on PFGE after digesting with Xba I. The software 'BioNumerics' was used to analyze the PFGE fingerprints. Results Salmonella paratyphi A isolated in Shenzhen were little different in PFGE fingerprints each year and only have 7 kinds of PFGE pattern. The isolates from the outbreak have the same PFGE pattern,which means that those patients were infected by the same pathogen. Conclusion The development of PulseNet of Salmonella paratyphi A is helpful for investigating the epidemiological relatedness of pathogenic strains and tracing the infectious sources.
