| 摘 要： | 用猪精液抑制素免疫ＢＡＬＢ／ｃ小鼠的脾细胞与ＮＳ－１小鼠骨髓瘤细胞融合，获得３株分泌抗猪精液抑制素单克隆抗体的杂交瘤细胞株，分别命名为２Ｄ、５Ｄ和６Ｇ，其分泌的抗体均为ＩｇＧ１型，不与大鼠ＬＨ、ＦＳＨ和ＰＲＬ产生交叉反应。杂交瘤细胞染色体平均为８５～１００条。细胞经反复冻存、复苏和传代，仍稳定分泌特异性抗体。

| Abstract: | Splenocytes of
BALB/c mice immunized with porcine semen inhibin(pIB)wereused to fuse with myeloma cells
of NS-1mice. Three clones secreting anti-pIB McAb were Ob-tained. these were named 2D, 5D
and 6G, respectively。 All ant～pib McAb secreted from theclones were IgG1 subclass, and did
not immunologically crossreact with rat LH, FSH and PRL。The average number of
chromosomes in the hybridoma cells was 85～100. After being repeatedlyfrozen, thawed and
passaged,the three hybridoma cells were proved to be capable of secretingspecific McAb
stably |
