| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨健康母乳中轮状病毒特异性抗体水平及临床意义。方法：采用间接 Ｅ Ｌ Ｉ Ｓ Ａ 法测定了２５４份健康初乳和成熟乳中抗轮状病毒 Ｉｇ Ａ、 Ｉｇ Ｍ 和 Ｉｇ Ｇ 抗体（ａ Ｒ Ｉｇ Ａ、ａ Ｒ Ｉｇ Ｍ 、ａ Ｒ Ｉｇ Ｇ），分析其滴度变化。结果：初乳中 ａ Ｒ Ｉｇ Ａ 阳性率为８０３％ ，滴度达１ｖ２５６，随哺乳期延长逐渐降低。ａ Ｒ Ｉｇ Ｍ和 ａ Ｒ Ｉｇ Ｇ 可在部分母乳中测得。结论：健康母乳中广泛存在轮状病毒特异性抗体，以 ａ Ｒ Ｉｇ Ａ 为主，为婴幼儿抵御轮状病毒感染提供了重要的免疫保护作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate antirotavirus IgA,IgM,IgG antibody in human milk and their clinical significance.Methods:The aRIgA,aRIgM and aRIgG in 254 human milk were measured with indirect ELISA method and titer of antibody was analyzed.Results:The positive rate of aRIgA was 80.3% in colostrum and titer was up to 1∶256.The positive rate and titer gradually decreased with time in breast feeding period.aRIgM and aRIgG were detectable in some of human milk.Conclusion::Most of human milk contains antirotaviral antibody which palys and important protective role for infants against rotavirus infection. |
